In 2023, the unemployment rate in Ulsan, South Korea, was 3.5 percent, the highest across all provinces in the country. This was followed by Incheon and Busan at 3.2 percent and 3.1 percent, respectively. On the other end of the spectrum, Sejong and Jeju recorded the lowest unemployment rates at two percent and 1.4 percent, respectively.
