The number of newly built homes available on the French market for sale has declined quarter-on-quarter since 2022. In the third quarter of 2023, there were about 19,300 listings of newly built apartments or houses - the lowest figures recorded after the second quarter of 2020. In contrast, the most listings were observed at the beginning of 2018, when almost 39,000 homes were available for sale.
