In 2022, companies with an annual turnover between two and five million euros generated a total turnover of around 69.53 billion euros. By far, the largest share was generated by companies with an annual turnover of over 250 million euros. In 2022, these large companies generated a turnover of over 3.7 trillion euros. This statistic shows the net turnover of companies in the retail sector in Germany, broken down by turnover size class.
