According to a survey conducted in 2023 among multiple countries on the popularity of Korean webtoons, Egypt was the country with the highest level of popularity with around 53 percent of respondents there answering that they were interested in it. Following were Saudi Arabia and Thailand, with 48 and 42.1 percent of each country's respondents answering that they were interested, respectively.
