Traditional and digital bank customer satisfaction South Korea 2021, by bank
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2021, 89 percent of respondents who primarily used Kakao Bank, the leading digital bank in South Korea, said they were either very satisfied or satisfied with the bank. Industrial Bank of Korea followed with 70 percent of customers satisfied with the bank.
