THE EU TREATIES WITH NOTES AND A 4,000 WORD ALPHABETICAL INDEX

On 1 December 2009 the Lisbon Treaty introduced the constitution of the European Union by amending the existing treaties. On 1 November 2014 the new EU voting rules brought in by the Lisbon Treaty came into force.

The EU Treaties have been further amended since. This Edition consists of the Consolidated EU Treaties as they stand on 7 June 2016. It also includes the 2015 agreement between the British Government and the EU, the Irish Protocol and important new rules for the Economic and Monetary Union.

You can download the up-to-date Treaties in a readable version, with index and marginal notes, from this website. You can also download an older edition, with numerous comparisons between the Lisbon Treaty and its predecessors.
