I have lost access to my old account started in 2006, "Ardo191" Edit history. Since 2011, I made edits under my IP address(es) where necessary, but I want to keep better track of things as I have become a little more interested in different topics.

Not done We basically are not empowered to just "take your word for it" that you have the necessary experience, you will need to just keep editing with this account and you'll get the permission automatically when you qualify for it.
