For a further explanation, David Crisafulli is not the premier of Queensland until he is sworn in by the governor, and that usually happens at least a few days after the election. The swearing in is literally never on the night of the election. Steelkamp (talk) 12:42, 26 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
