That;'s a good start. To make it immediately clear, I moved them to the top, and edited the references so they show up as references. Now, perhaps the plot description should be reduced according to current standards. I am not trying to remove the article, but simply to get stronger more defensible articles on notable books and other things. DGG (talk) 20:57, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

looking at the refs, there really needs to be an exact ref. for each award. And it is not clear why spinella's position as head of a bibliographic service qualifies him as a critic. DGG (talk) 21:01, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
"current standards"? Perhaps the plot description of the latest Harry Potter could be reduced too. I'd like to see you try!Tony 14:22, 28 July 2007 (UTC)Tony[reply]
About 15 of the more detailed Harry Potter articles have been deleted or merged in the last week. (some of them over my opposition, but the consensus was the other way). I try to hold on to plot articles--the last month I have been losing most of the time. They deleted an article on the plot of Les Miserables. I seriously advise you not to try to hold on to more than the article warrants. Do you really want to lose these articles? I dont. Remeber about WP:OWN. DGG (talk) 07:15, 29 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Plot summary of Les Miserables is still 29 lines, not counting descriptions of characters. HPATDH is much much longer...Tony 18:09, 29 July 2007 (UTC)Tony[reply]
Right. so this novel is 10 or 20X as important as Les Misearables? DGG (talk) 05:04, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
