Saw lo (สะล้อ)
Saw lo (สะล้อ), rear view, showing the sound hole and the neck of the instrument going through the sound-box, a feature of the larger spiked-lute family.

The salo, saw lo, or salaw (Thai: สะล้อ) is a Thai spike fiddle with three strings (strung on 2-pegs), native to the Lanna cultural region of northern Thailand.

Strung today with 3 wires for strings, but formerly had silk strings.[1]
