The station is owned by Vernon Van Winkle, and is available locally on Optimum Cable channel 12 in Pahrump and streaming on kpvm.tv. It operates with an independent station format (branded "Prime TV") on its main channel, along with programming from various minor networks on its other digital subchannels.
