Husain Ali Al-Sayyad (Arabic: حسين علي الصياد, born 14 January 1988), also known as Husain Alsayyad, is a Bahraini handball player for captains both Al-Najma and the Bahraini national team.[1][2]

He participated at the 2017 World Men's Handball Championship[3] and at the delayed 2020 Summer Olympics.[4] Along with Noor Yussuf Abdulla, he was flagbearer of Bahrain at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
