Frühe Dürer 2012, Kat. 8) getrennt; 1588 Kaiser Rudolf II. und 1630 Kurfürst Maximilian I. von Bayern zum Kauf angeboten; dem Geheimbüchlein des Hans Hieronymus Imhoff zufolge 1633 an Abraham Bloemaert nach Amsterdam verkauft; im 19. Jahrhundert in der Sammlung Aimé-Charles-Horace His de la Salle in Paris
1925 für das Germanische Nationalmuseum aus der Münchner Kunsthandlung Julius Böhler erworben.
