Unfortunately I don't remember which sources I used precisely, but they were all public. A combination of American defense sites, the Bahamane magazine, official IDF sites, media mentions, etc. However, it largely also built on the existing OrBat images made by another user.
The image was made using CorelDraw. I used a grid, and placed each element on that grid. It required a few realignments for compactness, but with CorelDraw it's relatively simple. I can probably upload the SVG version of the file if necessary (in the old CorelDraw it didn't generate SVG well, but now it does). If you don't want to go into this yourself, you can also send me new information and I will try my best to update the image.
