I have a photo of E1F which was a 737, for a recent visit of First Lady Laura Bush, when she visited Olathe, KS. It landed at the airport I work at and stopped on our ramp where we snapped shots. I have wrote the White House for permission to use, but after realizing and reading more on the flight operations of the white house staff such as the President and family, I might have to redirect my request. I would like to post it on the site for reference. It's a beautiful 737 and I would love to share it! After further research, I have found the site that directly talks about the C-40 B/C that is used for the 737-700. Here is the link for direct information. They might have better resources for getting public information on pictures. Uses of Callsign Executive One

From what I have just learned from this inaug. is that as the former President rides in "Marine One" it is called "Executive One" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.89.232.1 (talk) 18:01, 20 January 2009 (UTC)

• That doesn't make sense... I'm guessing CNN et al. got confused. "Executive One" should be the current president on a non-military aircraft, not a past president on a military aircraft. Gid (talk) 10:32, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Ex One Fox

What call sign is applied to the VC-25's (28000/29000) when the President's family is on them, but not the President? Logic would seen to dictate "Air Force One Foxtrot", but I cannot find a reference for that anywhere...The FAA document actually does confirm this, I just didn't read it closely enough.

Merge proposal

Perhaps this article should be merged with Executive One: they are both stubs and Executive One has a section on Executive Two. Flemmr (talk) 13:08, 7 April 2014 (UTC)

AF1 Merge proposal

Regarding the suggestion to merge Executive One into Air Force One. Personally I've never quite figured out on which page the merge discussion goes, but the link was to here... Anyway, this begs the question, should Navy One and Marine One be merged as well? Marine One is a pretty decent article, while Navy One and Executive One are pretty stubby. • Oppose merger as proposed. Air Force One is not really connected to Executive One, which generally refers to a commercial aircraft carrying the President. I'd prefer doing generic article for "Air transport of the US President" to which the shorter One articles, such as Executive One, Navy One and Army One can redirect. -Fnlayson (talk) 18:50, 24 September 2014 (UTC)

Source "The President Takes to the Friendly Skies"

I was doing a little checking around on the internet to find a copy of the source from The Washington Post itself online, but unfortunately, they don't have it. However, in my searching, I did find a copy from Hood College's JFK collection (see: http://jfk.hood.edu/Collection/Weisberg%20Subject%20Index%20Files/N%20Disk/Nixon%20Richard%20M%20President%20Watergate%20Files/73-11-07%20Energy%20Crisis%20Speech/Item%2012.pdf). Unfortunately, this is just a PDF picture, but it is a picture of the article itself. I don't know how to go about citing it in the article, however. Article name

This article has four paragraphs on Executive One and then four paragraphs on Executive Two. Shouldn't the name / title be "Executive One and Executive Two", with both "Executive One" and "Executive Two" redirecting to it.47.139.40.19 (talk) 17:49, 24 July 2021 (UTC)

Executive Two redirection

Executive Two redirects to this article, but the redirection goes to the top of the page, which is about Executive One. Executive Two should redirect to the Executive Two section. I don't know how to fix this. Someone who knows how, please do it.47.139.40.19 (talk) 17:52, 24 July 2021 (UTC)
