At the tail end of this Congress, the 21st Amendment was proposed. I'm not sure if that should go under "Legislation", "Major events", or somewhere else entirely, but it seems to me to be something that should be included. -Rrius (talk) 07:26, 16 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
