Seems to be a textbook example of using throwaway accounts to votestack at AfD and potentially influence the outcome. See [[Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Waya Boy]]. All three accounts involved in this filing have not made even one edit to anything unrelated to Waya Boy. Furthermore, both of the suspected socks have done nothing other than vote in the AfD to prevent deletion of the article and Isong records was created only today, by the looks of it, it was only created after the AfD was made. Lastly, all of their votes in the AfD came within minutes of each other, which is common if they're using the same device.
