Rachel is a minor character from the TV show Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. She is a student at Norrisville High and a clarinet player in the Norrisville High Marching Band. She is voiced by Laura Marano.
Personality[]
Rachel is cheerful, merry, and friendly. She loves things that are cute and enjoys showing kindness to other people. Whenever people need help, she graciously gives it to them. She always views things in a positive light, often being happy for others' successes. However, in more serious situations, she has proven to be more down-to-earth and sensible. She is also dedicated to music, as seen when she made a song to the Norrisville Ninja and is also a member of the school's marching band.
Appearance[]
Rachel has grayish dark brown hair and green eyes. She wears a blue and gold marching band uniform. Her normal outfit consists of a pink dress with poofy sleeves and pink shoes.

Randy Cunningham[]
In "True Bromance", Randy (Ninja) cannot remember her name. In "Let the Wonk One In", she helps Randy and Howard to stop Halloweenja on Halloween. In "Ninjafan", Rachel writes and performs an original song about the Ninja in "Ninjafan," which causes Randy to feel appreciated and loved.

- Rachel is one of the few background characters in the show to get promoted, the others being Pradeep and Ranginald Bagel.
- According to animatic editor Nico Colaleo, she gets an expanded role and some major screen time in Season 2.
- In "Ninjafan", she also plays the guitar.
- In "Evil Spirit Week", she, the Blonde Twin with pigtails, and Flute Girl come across Howard in the hallway. He makes Rachel and the blonde twin spin around as he runs by them, and all three watch Howard leave with shock and confusion.
- In "Stanks Like Teen Spirit", while a lot of the audience is sad and crying when Flackville High wins, Rachel is angry and shaking her fists.
- Up until her appearance in "Let the Wonk One In," she had always been seen wearing her Norrisville High Band uniform.
- Rachel dresses up as a bunny and supports a "Hoppy Huggaween" her cute version Halloween in "Let the Wonk One In".
- Her house and living room were seen in "Let the Wonk One In." Her house had been shown to be on the same street as Randy's house.
