Patrick Howard "Pat" Fraley is an American voice actor and voice-over teacher. His Disney roles include Brendan Quarters in Gargoyles, Wildcat in TaleSpin, Fred in the Quack Pack episode "Phoniest Home Videos", the younger Scrooge McDuck in the DuckTales episode "Once Upon a Dime", and Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story Treats, Toy Story: The Video Game, Toy Story: Animated StoryBook, and Toy Story: Activity Center games, various merchandise, commercials, and park attractions. He provided additional voices in Monsters, Inc., The Wild, Chicken Little, Tangled, Kiki's Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, Tales from Earthsea, Porco Rosso, and Princess Mononoke.
Born on February 18, 1949 in Seattle, Washington, Fraley's first voice-over job came with the Hanna-Barbera TV movie, Scooby-Doo Goes Hollywood in 1979. However, he is best known for voicing Krang, Baxter Stockman, Casey Jones, Burne Thompson, and other characters in the original 1987 series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He would later reprise his role as Krang in the 2012 series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
