Jessie Quinn "Jess" Harnell is an American voice actor, singer, and musician, who has done many voice roles for Disney, most notably the modern appearances of Br'er Rabbit and Roger Rabbit, as well as the singing voice of Br'er Bear. He also provided the singing voice of Buster in Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure, as well as the singing voice of John Smith in Pocahontas in an unknown (possibly deleted) song. Additionally, he contributed to films, such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Toy Story 2, Lilo & Stitch, Zootopia, and Cars. Some of his television credits include Timon & Pumbaa, Sofia the First, Elena of Avalor, Tangled: The Series, and Bonkers. He has also been the current announcer of the ABC reality program series America's Funniest Home Videos, since 1998.

Outside of Disney, Harnell is best known for voicing Wakko Warner in the Warner Bros.' animated series Animaniacs, Hunter in the Kids' WB series Road Rovers, Ironhide and Barricade in the Transformers film series, Charlton Heston in Fox's The Simpsons, Jerry Lewis in Totally Spies! (seasons 1–2), E.T.C. (Elite Tauren Chieftain) in the Heroes of the Storm video game, and Dirk the dachshund in Clifford's Really Big Movie. He is also well-known for providing the voices of Spyro and Crash Bandicoot from their respective video game franchises. Additionally, he is known as the lead singer and musician of his rock band Rock Sugar.
