A forecast suggests that the video streaming businesses of several companies could become profitable within the next few years. The EBIT of Disney's direct-to-consumer service Disney+ is expected to reach a value of nearly two billion U.S. dollars in 2028, making it the most profitable streaming platform. Following Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery-owned provider Max is forecast to make an EBIT of about 1.7 billion U.S. dollars.
