Synopsis for "Bubble"
After being teleported under the Pacific Ocean by the Folded Man, the Flash quickly swam to land, sustaining injuries due to the pressure of the ocean depths. Then, the Flash ran across the world, making his way back to Central City. Meanwhile, Professor Zoom still refused to kill the Flash, as he believed doing so would make him a martyr. Then, Professor Zoom turned to Selkirk, who was working on a schematic, before visiting Henry, who he kept as his prisoner, and threatening to kill Barry unless he did as he said.
As the Flash returned to Central City, he learned that the Acolytes of Zoom had vanished with Henry. At their apartment, Singh argued with Hartley over visiting at work, as the latter was a former criminal, before the former returned to the apartment.
At Downtown, the next morning, Barry bought a newspaper before turning to Wally and telling him about his father. Then, the two went to the CCPD garage, where Wally would do his work study and would be supervised by Tim.
Outside of the precinct, Roscoe was powering a machine before he came out of a van with Block, followed by the Flash appearing in front of them. The Flash injured himself after punching Block before she and Roscoe revealed the machine that covered the precinct in a dome. In an attempt to break free of the dome, the Flash tried to phase through, although it only "lit the fuse" of the machine, creating a bomb. The Flash attempted to stop the bomb, using his speed, although it only increased the damage that it would cause.
