History

Raymond Kessler was the very unfaithful boyfriend of Dian Belmont's cousin Lucy. He was a fake doctor, and wrote prescriptions with a contact-poison ink. The poison was a base compound, activated by the acids in alcohol, so that the victim's next drink would cause a sudden and extremely painful death. Dian's boyfriend was Wes Dodds, secretly the Sandman, who captured Kessler.
