- — Maegland src
In the late 1950s, Maegland was a high-tech seagoing pirate.
History
In 1958, while his former boss Killer Shark languished in prison, Mr. Maegland used a set of his old blueprints to build an advanced, specialized submarine. He then used this "Mechanical Man-of-War" to plunder oyster beds and to loot commercial cargo vessels. Blackhawk impersonated Killer Shark to gain entry to his fantastic vessel, and enable the Blackhawks to capture Maegland and his crew.
