All-American Comics #46 is an issue of the series All-American Comics (Volume 1) with a cover date of January, 1943.
Synopsis for Green Lantern: "The Riddle of Dickles Manor"
Doiby Dickles receives a letter informing him that he has been named in the will of his ancestor Wymore Dickles. Doiby and several of his distant relatives meet at Wymore's mansion which has been empty for 100 years. Shumm, the attorney who has held the property in trust, reads the will which gives each of the five family members an equal share of the estate.
After the will is read, Rafe Dickles is killed when an axe falls on his head. The others suspect murder and have their theory confirmed when Bedford Dickles is also killed. Green Lantern has followed Doiby to the mansion and helps him investigate. Cissie Smith, the caretaker's daughter, discovers that the murder weapons were wired to the piano which was played by Vara Dickles. She is accused of murder, but Green Lantern reveals the real killer, Shumm.
The attorney had used the Dickles' money to speculate on the market and had little left. He killed the Dickles family members to cover up his crime. Green Lantern apprehends Shumm and forces him to confess. Doiby then receives what is left of his inheritance.

Synopsis for Sargon the Sorcerer: "Mission to Germany"
Sargon receives a letter from Berlin. It's 1943, so this is extremely unusual. The letter is from Lenny Hahne, and contains a coded message, which Sargon deciphers, and which draws him to fly to Lisbon and surreptitiously traverse Fascist Spain and Vichy France and Nazi Germany, to Berlin. Along the way he collaborates with some valiant freedom fighters and meets some Nazi soldiers, of whom he makes fools, and on arriving in Berlin he tricks the Nazis into imprisoning him in Dachau. There he meets Lenny Hahne and Harry Langley, about whom Lenny's letter was written; Harry has invented a gadget for improving the bombing of Berlin. Using his Ruby of Life magic, Sargon arranges to have himself, Lenny, and Harry all executed by firing squad, right away, but also makes them plus himself bulletproof; several Nazis are bullet-wounded at the seemingly-bungled execution. Sargon then opens the gates of Dachau, knocks down its walls, commandeers a Nazi staff car and magically makes it drive itself all the way to Lisbon, then catches a plane back to the USA where Langley plans to turn his invention over to the War Department.
