Bull Dog is one of the members of Dog Star Patrol.
History
Bull Dog is a blue English bulldog who can grow bull horns behind his ears. He was recruited into the Dog Star Patrol to remove the threat of Mechanikat.
He was one of the dogs recruited by Brainy Barker to capture Snooky Wookums. Unfortunately Krypto misinterpreted the situation and came to Snooky's defense, helping him escape.
After Brainy Barker explained Snooky's threat to Krypto, he agreed to help them redeem his mistake. Going to a cat shelter, Bull Dog and the other dogs watched as Snooky turned three shelter cats into mutants with his necklace. With the help of Krypto, Bull Dog and the rest of the Dog Star Patrol manage to defeat the mutants and break Snooky's necklace, who is forced to flee.[1]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the Krypto the Superdog TV Series and is an adaptation of Bull Dog. The original character was created by George Papp and first appeared in Superboy #131.
