The Blackhawks return to Beldia, for the dedication of Blackhawk Peace Park, in the national capital. Several murder attempts are set in motion against the team, sponsored by "the Paymaster," who turns out to be Beldian philanthropist Baron Zei, and is arrested.

Synopsis for "The Lost Island"

A mountainous island emerges in the North Atlantic Ocean. Western and Red nations race to claim it, but it is already inhabited, by primitive natives of Welsh descent. They have lived underground for a thousand years, and they have learned how to control the island's depth, by volcanic action. After watching a violent modern battle between a warship and some jet fighters, they have lost interest in re-emerging into today's dangerous world. They give advance warning to everyone still on the island, then submerge it again to below the ocean's floor.
