All-American Comics #63 is an issue of the series All-American Comics (Volume 1) with a cover date of January, 1945.
Synopsis for Green Lantern: "The Garrulous Mr. Gabb!"
J. Gilbert Gabb dispenses dubious advice on his show at Alan Scott's network (such as a woman not leaving her husband despite him routinely chasing her around with a hatchet), but offers unsolicited advice on anything and everything he sees, causing everyone to avoid him. The only receptive people he meets are a gang of thieves who he helps steal Doiby's cab without realizing what he'd just done until it's too late. Fortunately Doiby sees his stolen car through the window and runs down to attack the thieves, and Alan joins in after getting into costume. After a fight the car crashes and the thieves escape, but Lantern uses his ring to make the cab good as new. They realize the thieves left some oversized car jacks behind, and wonder what the devices were for.
The thieves come after Gabb to get his advice, having mistaken him for "a highclass crook" after he helped them the night before. Unable to hold in his compulsion to air his advice, Gabb tells the thieves that Doiby has the jacks they stole before. At his apartment, the thieves run into another fight with Lantern and Doiby, which ends when Gabb comes in trying to help and inadvertently hits Lantern on the head with the wooden door. The thieves reclaim the jacks and leave to carry out their scheme, still covered in green energy from the hero's ring. This allows him to follow them to where they're committing their crime: lifting an entire house out of its foundations and hauling it away. Gabb catches up to them, and realizes this is his house and that he'd been helping the criminals to rob him the entire time without realizing it. Even this doesn't get him to change his ways, to Doiby's annoyance.

- This issue's Hop Harrigan story features a Japanese-American Women's Army Corps member named Susumu Yokeru. In real life, "Susumu" is a man's name. The story is notable for portraying an ethnically Japanese character as a patriotic American, at a time when much of the media portrayed Japanese-Americans as spies and traitors.
