Synopsis for "Jus' a Rascal"
Penny and Danny were being held at gunpoint by Charlie Peace, until Penny had explained their situation. In the prison, Fred Akely had visited the Arachnid's cell, while Eagleton had taken Nolan to see two individuals who were being kept in a stasis field. Peace was explaining to Penny and Danny how he had evaded capture, while the latter two were attempting to convince the former to help them free Penny's father. Eagleton took Nolan to a freezing prison cell, where the former introduced the latter to Rubberman. Then, the two visited Grimly Feendish in his cell, before going to Nolan's quarters. Penny, Danny, and Charlie drove to a pier, where they secured a boat called the Buoyant Queen.
