Synopsis for "Unmade"
John Henry Irons is attacked by the Blue Earth terrorists that Metallo kidnapped, now converted into cyborg "Necro-Drones". He summons his armour to fight them off and the Superman Family quickly respond. Metallo speaks to Superman through the drones, telling him that he is going to destroy Superman's family as revenge for him taking his sister, much to Clark's confusion as he didn't even know Corben had a sister. Two of the Necro-Drones grab onto Supergirl and self-destruct, dousing her in a massive dose of Kryptonite that infects her bloodstream. Superboy flies her to Kelex for treatment and Clark orders Kong Kenan to take the only surviving drone to S.T.A.R. Labs in the hopes of undoing what has been done to him.
Clark teleports into Lex Luthor's cell and confronts him. Luthor admits he sent Metallo to destroy Steelworks before he signed over LexCorp to Superman, as he believed the Institute was an unnecessary distraction. Superman demands to know why Metallo thinks he has his sister, and tells Luthor that he believes Corben is hearing voices. Luthor suddenly gets nervous and appears to know what the voice is but refuses to say. He tells Superman they need to catch Metallo as soon as possible.
At Metallo's hideout, he realises that his new body is changing and "Tracy" tells him that it incorporates Warworld technology that is adapting to repair the damage he sustained in his fight with Superman. John reminisces about a time when they were children and their father forced him to dispose of a murder weapon. He remembers the feeling of power that came from holding a gun for the first time and tells "Tracy" that he believes that moment started him on the road to becoming who he is now, and wonders if his life could have been different if he had never touched the gun. When Corben starts thinking about their father "Tracy's" clothes change into his old jacket. She reveals that she is not the real Tracy, but that she has Tracy imprisoned and tortured. The hologram orders him to kill the entire Superman Family, or she will use Metallo's body to murder Tracy and force him to watch.
Meanwhile at the Kent home, Lois and Clark need to leave to report on a Blue Earth rally which has broken out downtown, leaving Jon to babysit the twins. As they are about to leave, Jon asks Clark if they can spend time together at the weekend and he agrees, but also suggests taking the twins along, to Jon's disappointment. After they leave, Jon wanders into his childhood bedroom, which his parents gave to the twins. Meanwhile, Otho-Ra obsessively watches news of the rally on TV, growing steadily angrier.
Osul-Ra follows Jon into the room and asks him if he hates them. Jon admits that neither he or his parents have gotten over the years he spent in captivity and the time together they lost, and it has been difficult watching the twins essentially live the childhood that was stolen from him. However, he also tells Osul that he is happy to have them both as part of his family. They go back into the living room and realise that Otho-Ra is missing. To their horror, they see on the TV that she has attacked the Blue Earth rally and appears to have killed one of the protestors.

Lloyd Crayton starts to lose control of himself and almost attacks Lois, but Superman swoops in to save her. He punches Crayton away but tells Lois that Jon has disappeared off-world. Crayton sneaks away while they are distracted. He finds the bone shard in Jon's treehouse and grabs it, hoping to make the change into Doombreaker permanent.
Meanwhile, the Killamek imprisons Jon and Glyanna in a holding cell on it's ship and prepares to set off for P'luhnn. Glyanna tells Jon that her parents were overthrown as resources on P'luhnn have become scarce and the royal family was blamed. Synopsis for "Power Girl in Head Like a Whole, Part Three"
Power Girl and Jon Kent explore his mindscape, searching for evidence of a psychic attack from the "J.S." who has been trying to contact her through the Superman Family. They hope that, if Jon's speech centres are attacked then his linguistic skills will allow him to decipher the language. As before, Power Girl says that whoever is behind this doesn't realise she is the "black sheep" of the Superman Family and not close with any of them. Jon tries to talk to her about what happened between her and Supergirl, who refused to come to this session, but she tells him not to be concerned. Jon suddenly loses his ability to speak, but Omen is able to guide him first to visualise the words he wants to say and then to "talk" normally in his mind while also visualising the symbols that make up his spoken words.
Jon doesn't recognise the symbols as any language he knows and Power Girl suggests they could be part of a mathematical equation. Omen agrees that is likely as a mathematical problem is more geared towards her skill set than a linguistic one. Power Girl is excited to have a mystery solely for herself, when she is never involved in the Superman Family's adventures. Jon tries to reach out to her, but she tells him not to bother, and that she is not actually his cousin. She also tells him not to call her "Karen", and that she doesn't believe she has an identity outside being Power Girl.
Power Girl finds what looks like computer code inside the symbols and pulls on it, but this cause Jon immense pain and she has to stop. Omen tells them to wait while she investigates further and while they are waiting Jon asks her what her issue is with the rest of the family. Power Girl points out that they aren't her family- her family died with Earth-Two, and she asked Superman to leave her out of the family because she believes they would inevitably abandon her and she doesn't want to get attached to them. Omen tells Jon she needs to put him in a deep sleep to allow Power Girl to remove the implanted code without hurting him and he agrees, but before he goes under he tells Power Girl that Paige, i.e. "P.G.", could be a good name for her, as it suggests starting over on a new page.
While Jon is unconscious, Power Girl tracks the source of the code to room in his mind which looks like an empty office. She pulls at the code where it rises up from a crack in the floor tiles and pulls out a mask. Omen yells at her to wake up, and in the real world Johnny Sorrow emerges from Jon's mind.
