- Robert James Rogers, baron Lisvane, KCB , DL (né le 5 février 1950) est un pair britannique et un fonctionnaire à la retraite. Il est greffier de la Chambre des communes d'octobre 2011 à août 2014 . Après son élévation en tant que pair à vie en 2014, Lisvane siège en tant que crossbencher à la Chambre des lords. Il est également membre du comité directeur du Constitution Reform Group (CRG) une organisation multipartite présidée par Robert Gascoyne-Cecil (7e marquis de Salisbury) qui cherche un nouveau règlement constitutionnel au Royaume-Uni par voie d'un nouvel Acte d'Union . Lord Lisvane présente l'Act of Union Bill 2018 en tant que projet de loi d'initiative parlementaire à la Chambre des Lords le 9 octobre 2018, date à laquelle il fait l'objet d'une première lecture formelle. - Robert James Rogers, Baron Lisvane, KCB, DL (born 5 February 1950) is a British life peer and retired public servant. He served as Clerk of the House of Commons from October 2011 until August 2014. Following his elevation as a Life Peer in 2014, Lord Lisvane sits as a crossbencher in the House of Lords. He is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Constitution Reform Group (CRG), a cross-party organisation which is chaired by Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 7th Marquess of Salisbury which seeks a new constitutional settlement in the UK by way of a new Act of Union. Lord Lisvane introduced the Act of Union Bill 2018 as a private member’s bill in the House of Lords on 9 October 2018, when it received a formal first reading. The BBC has suggested that the issues addressed by the Bill are likely to become important in the 2019 Parliament. (en)
