Pascal Ballade, also known as P. Ballade, (April 6, 1839 – December 1, 1904) was an American businessman in Los Angeles, California, and a member of the Los Angeles Common Council, the city's governing body. He was the owner of the historic Pico House during the late 19th century, now in the El Pueblo de Los Ángeles Historical Monument.
