Ulteriori approfondimenti riguardano i moderni sistemi di trasmissione in 2,4 GHz: \n* la trasmissione verso il modello \u00E8 di tipo \"univoco\": il sistema assegna alla ricevente (previa operazione manuale di \"binding\" da effettuarsi una tantum) un codice identificativo dell'unico radiocomando da cui accettare comandi. La nativa gestione automatica della frequenza d'uso e la caratteristica di \"binding\" appena accennata, fanno s\u00EC che questi sistemi possano operare contemporaneamente nel medesimo spazio di manovra, svincolando pertanto il modellista dalla tradizionale responsabilit\u00E0 di dovere verificare di essere l'unico a occupare una frequenza (tipica dei sistemi di trasmissione in VHF), \n* oggi, molti dei sistemi di trasmissione 2,4 GHz si sono evoluti in sistemi di rice-trasmissione (definiti a volte come Bidirezionali o Telemetrici o Dual o Full-Duplex o Two way), prevedono cio\u00E8 che il radiocomando possa ricevere contemporaneamente un segnale dal modello, segnale che ovviamente non trasporter\u00E0 comandi ma \"dati sensoriali\", cio\u00E8 dati che la ricevente di bordo (ora anche trasmittente) \u00E8 in grado di rilevare attraverso opportuni sensori che il modellista ha deciso di installare sul modello (sensori doverosamente della medesima marca del sistema scelto).
