Sorry that's not how it works in regards to payments, all "outstanding"
fee's are deducted before you are paid. that's all 100% normal.As far as
the customer changing the address as long as you shipped it to the
address on file as shown in ebay when ...
ebay made some changes so that sellers would quit getting stuck with
unpaid items, what you have agreed to is a stipulation stating that
payment will be deducted automatically. you can work around it by going
into paypal and changing your default pay...
funds being held is most likely due to how much money has been flowing
thru the account, if there is a period of time with no sales and
therefore no money being moved around and then suddenly there is money
moving again this triggers a automatic hold...
i was hoping it was just some minor glitch but it's been 3 weeks now and
more people reporting the same, not the 1st time they have flip flopped
on it though
you would need to reach out to the seller "ask a question" and ask if
they would make the item available to purchase where you reside, note
that this will in almost all cases require additional shipping cost and
international shipping can take a good...
