I do very little cross-listing (not sure of the spelling) but am
thinking of being more aggressive about it since eBay sales have taken a

I refunded 2 buyers after there was no tracking (Priority) for 2 weeks
after the "Picked up" scan. I created insurance claims for the included

Correct, offering free 30 day returns can give the seller the ability to
deduct up to 50% of the purchase price and cuts down on lying return
