From my understanding eBay is trying to get this changed. This is not
something they wanted to do it was mandated of marketplaces. But as
others have said you are responsible for taxes on all items that you
have sold for a profit.
These can be worth 1200-1500 (sometimes more) in my experience and
sometimes more. It really depends on condition. Auction would be your
best bet I believe or post with best offer at the rate that you want to
get.
