Stop receiving notifications for live eBay auctions

Lately I've been getting numerous notifications for the eBay live auctions and would like to know how to stop them.

Can't end a promotion for newly listed auctions

I end buy it nows that are promoted and when I go to relist as auction it gives me no option to end the promotion even though my pls is set for buy it nows only.

Ended a markdown sale 3 hours ago and it still hasn't ended. Before the new updates it took an hour tops. Anybody experiencing this?

Promoted listings and halo

If my buy it now items are promoted and a buyer clicks on one and then goes and bids on my auction item that isn't promoted does this incur the halo promoted fee?
