I see banners above my listings advertising stores. How do I acquire one of those and how much does it cost?

Very expensive advertising campaign on ebay. Should be offered on your seller hub.

You will get lots of clicks using this form of advertising but as others have said it is quite expensive.

Seems like a cash grab for ebay and a rip-off for you.

Actually creating a banner for your store can be expensive, My son is an artist & created mine, Now advertising that banner on ebay above others stores can get Very Expensive & i doubt it is worth it in the long run.

Just fyi, it's advertised as a cost per click and a cost per view so that can get extremely expensive and quickly. I've used similar ads on places like google and facebook, and there's no way to check how accurate that type of advertising is. In the past, I used google to promote my website and the cpc was grossly overstated and much higher than what the analytics on the website said. Just be careful if you sign up for it and put a cap on what you want to spend in any given period!!

There are a number of pitfalls using that type of advertising. For instance, the problem with Etsy's CPC program when sellers were finding their daily budgets blown at strange hours like 4:00 to 8:00 a.m. - their entire budget would be reached with a lot of 'junk' clicks.
