You are a new seller & I don't believe they use promoted listings in Pakistan.  Especially if you're drop shipping from another retailer. Sorry.

You're dropshipping cheap junk from China, not worth promoting.

 

I'm guessing the items are not located in Pakistan as shown, which is a policy violation.

 

Those items can't be shipped Media Mail, from Pakistan.
