I have an open case for an item not received. When I click on the words Take Action, I get an error message. See pictures below.
As this is time sensitive, I need this resolved ASAP.

@glorybells The phone app is notorious for not being user friendly and/or not doing what you want to do. Try using a tablet, laptop, or desktop and you should be fine. Best of luck to you....
