It's Correia Art Glass. The studio was started by Steven Correia in the 1970s. It's very good quality and they did a lot of designs with this pulled feather effect.

Show where you think it says Orient & Flume. My advice is to take a series of shots of that just like a pro photographer would do. Macro in tight focus, well lit, from different angles, etc. Don't post them here until they look the absolute best photos you've ever seen.
I had a girlfriend who collected it and I remember spending $$ on it over a period of years and should be able to spot the sig...with a good photo.

I don't see anything that looks like a signature. I only see numbers.

This is what i can see by enlarging the pictures (they're very high resolution). The numbers look like " 2 . 3 . 17 . 12 " or " L . 3 . : 7 . 12 ".
I can't make out what appears to be a signature either.
I thought that the signature might be compressed (by the angle of the shot), so I tried stretching it to make it taller to see if that would be easier to read. These pictures are height: 200% and width: 100%.
I also tried rotating it the other way up. I still can't make it out. The first letter might be a " G " or " Z " (first picture) or the last letter might be a " g " or " Z " (last picture).

You're very welcome. Lacemaker3's enhanced photo helped immeasurably.
