I recently made a transaction with a seller, but I never received my item. I can't really report it because the item does not show in my Purchase History. The seller had me wired $$$ to an "ebay" account and I never received my item. Basically I got scammed.
How do I report this incident to Ebay and have them look into it? I checked the security section but didn't find it helpful. Please help! Thanks.

eBay can only help with a refund if you actually purchased on ebay.com, used the eBay checkout and paid using an approved payment method through eBay.
