Your best bet for getting identification would be to post the photos of the doll on the Toys & Hobbies board (Link Below)
I would write out what the Mfr's. name on the back of the head, on that post.

You could also try searching doll reference resource which is a go to site for Identifying dolls from antiques to newer ones you can even sort them by country of Mfr.
