Its current terms of use effective since April 18, 2018 has a similar statement under the Permissions You Give To Us section stating that [nothing] is changing about [the user's rights] in [the user's content] and that Instagram [does not] claim ownership of [content posted] on or through [Instagram's websites, applications and other services][3].
