Description
English: Northern side and eastern front of the Randolph County Courthouse, built in 1875 on Courthouse Square at the center of Winchester, Indiana, United States. In the foreground is a Civil War memorial built in 1890. The courthouse and statue, along with the surrounding business buildings, are part of the Winchester Courthouse Square Historic District, a historic district that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
