William Harrison Holly (1869-1958) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

He received a recess appointment from President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on November 8, 1933 to replace George Albert Carpenter. On January 8th of that year, he was nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 20th, and received commission on March 1st. On December 31, 1943, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on January 30, 1958.[1] Holly was succeeded in this position by Walter LaBuy.
