Samuel Estill Whitaker (1886-1967) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

Whitaker was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He was commissioned on July 11, 1939. He assumed senior status on July 19, 1964, and served in that capacity until his death on March 26, 1967.[1]
