Milton Schwartz
Milton Lewis Schwartz (1920-2005) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Schwartz was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on September 28, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on November 26, 1979, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on January 20, 1990. He served the Eastern District of California until his resignation on October 3, 2005. Schwartz was succeeded in this position by Oliver Wanger.
