Edward Cushman
Edward E. Cushman (1865-1944) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
He was nominated by President William Howard Taft on April 9, 1912, to fill a seat vacated by George Donworth. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 1, 1912, and received commission that same day. On November 3, 1939, he assumed senior status. He served until his death on January 25, 1944. Cushman was succeeded in this position by Charles Leavy.
