Christen Bishop is a judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. She was appointed by the Supreme Court of Illinois in January 2016 to replace Christopher C. Starck.[1]
Bishop was an associate judge on the same court from 2012 until her appointment as judge in January 2016.[2] She joined the court on October 1, 2012, and was reappointed on July 1, 2015.[3][4][5]
Career
Bishop served as an assistant state's attorney in Lake County for 17 years prior to her appointment as an associate judge.[1]
